CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
STONEBRIDGE COUNTRY CLUB a private equity golf and country club in west Boca Raton is seeking an experienced detail oriented and highly motivated individual to join a team as A Construction Projects Accounting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter responsible for overseeing project accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations of construction and administrative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Follow direction from supervisor and execute tasks promptly and efficiently
- Act as the liaison between management and general contractor and subcontractors/suppliers
- Support the administrative functions of construction projects from inception through completion
- Maintain clear exchange of information with office team field team and other related parties on all projects
- Organize and maintain project paper files as well as electronic files
- Track approved contractors or subcontractors insurances licenses and W9 information
- Track approved contracts with regards to change-orders payments and lien releases
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Finance.
Requirements:
- Organization
- Time Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 365
- Independent Task Management
- Accounting experience able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions proportions and percentages.
- Strong work ethics and commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
