Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Senior Associate to join our collaborative Benefits & Global Mobility team. This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional employee experience through responsive service issue resolution and vendor coordination across core benefits and leave of absence programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced highly regulated and professional environment demonstrates sound judgment and discretion and brings a passion for employee well-being and operational excellence.

The Role:

  • Administer and enhance the corporate benefits portfolioincluding medical dental vision life disability and voluntary offeringswith precision and care.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee HRBP and Talent Acquisition inquiries related to benefits and leave of absence delivering empathetic timely and accurate support across multiple communication channels.
  • Resolve complex and escalated issues by coordinating with third-party administrators internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure swift resolution and satisfaction.
  • Support and manage leave of absence programs (e.g. FMLA short-term disability long-term disability state-mandated leaves) ensuring clear compassionate communication and seamless coordination between employees managers and vendors.
  • Analyze data and trends using Excel and internal systems (HRIS Payroll Benefits Administration System) to drive operational insights reporting accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Reconcile benefits-related invoices and payments including tracking and calculating HSA contributions and employer funding with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle sensitive claims (i.e. Life/AD&D disability FMLA medical/Rx etc.) with discretion compassion and accuracy ensuring timely processing and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity across systems and pro-activelyaddress discrepancies with internal and external partners.
  • Process critical documentation related to Medicare loss of coverage QMSCOs adoption assistance and state-mandated leave programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition Payroll Compensation Compliance Legal and other teams to support inquiries initiatives and process improvements that elevate both administration and the employee experience.
  • Champion a culture of excellence bringing strong critical thinking problem-solving skills and professional communicationboth written and verbalto every interaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Health-care or similar area required.
  • 6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Familiarity with government contracting a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with superb analytical skills including advanced Excel capabilities.
  • A team player who works well both independently and as part of a team; driven to provide top-notch service to our employees.
  • A highly motivated individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
