Under general supervision with latitude for independent initiative and judgment performs responsible work in community outreach and follow-up in relation to ensuring accurate compensation. The selected candidate will provide administrative support and perform difficult and responsible clerical operations with duties and responsibilities inclusive but not limited to the following:
-Maintain review and process long term leave of absences including FMLA illness child care and military leave.
-Audit of electronic records.
-Process separation of services including resignation retirement termination and end of program assignments.
-Process actions to Payroll.
-Process records of interagency transfers.
-Perform related administrative responsibilities.
