Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage visitor/delivery logs as well as answer and transfer calls and emails
Provide monitor and manage access badges and parking passes
Order and manage office supplies and receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Support tracking tickets for the Facilities Team in JIRA
New hire support (e.g. creation of name badges & nameplates updates seating chart etc.)
Knowledge & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in reception administrative support and/or customer service required
Strong computer skills (Google Suite)
Experience with JIRA is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$52748.00 - $65600.00STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
