Accounts Payable Officer (12-Month Max Term Contract)

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedAccounts Payable professionalto take ownership of the end-to-endprocure-to-payprocess across ourAustralian and US entities.

This 12-month maximum term role reports directly to theInterim CFOand offers a great opportunity to work within anASX-listed companywith established systems and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage theend-to-end procure-to-pay processfor both Australian and US entities
OverseeAccounts Payable inboxesand ensure timely and accurateinvoice entryin line with finance procedures
Maintain and processPurchase Ordersthrough the ERP system
Administeremployee expense claimsvia the new payroll platform
Performmonth-end tasks includingbanking activitiesandbank reconciliations
Assist withad hoc finance tasksand support the broader Finance team as required

Requirements:

Proven ability to workindependentlywhile contributing effectively within acollaborative teamenvironment
Strong understanding of thefull Accounts Payable lifecycle
Excellentorganisation and time management skills with strongattention to detail
Experience withNetSuiteor similar ERP systems (highly regarded)

Ability to workindependentlyas well as part of a team
Experience withNetSuiteis highly desirable
