Job Description
This November were lighting up the new Cherub Hall the heart of Little Creatures Fremantle with wood-fired grills rotisseries pizza ovens and a menu that celebrates bold flavours and local produce. Whilst were gearing up for the summer were also looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join our team.
We are not big on resumes. They can hold back great talent. Instead we focus on the content of the person not the paper. We not only believe in diversity and inclusion but also live it every day with our Lion behaviours and core values.
Youre good at
- Leading teams in a busy environment

- Making an impact with your team and guests alike
- Communication and organisation you enjoy juggling tables beer & pizzas
- Training and developing yourself and the team
- Eating and drinking with a strong knowledge of the hospo scene
- Being on time reliable self-driven and a fast problem solver.
- Anticipating your guests and teams needs noticing the little things such as cleanliness music and lighting.
