Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a Senior-level position the ideal candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience in the industry. This is a Full-Time role focused on driving growth and expanding our market presence by leveraging strong leadership and strategic skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and qualify new business opportunities to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and campaigns aimed at growing the brands corporate clientele.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive business proposals and presentations for prospective stakeholders.
  • Regularly report on sales metrics forecasts and results to senior management.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 7-10 years in a Business Development role.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to consistently identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Extensive experience and success in business-to-business sales environments.
  • Networking: Excellent networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.


Candidate from automotive industry will be preferred.
