How you will contribute to EveryPays vision:
We are growing our People & Culture team and we are looking for a talentedHR Generalist!
What you will be doing:
- Drive the hiring journey from discovering talent and conducting interviews to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary
- Support the monthly payroll process including the collection and validation of leave and absence data
- Act as a first point of contact for employees addressing their queries and providing guidance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Implement performance management processes including goal setting evaluations and development plans
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance and additional perks
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics related to employee data turnover and other key indicators
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems including digit card metrics queries and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Contribute to HR projects that foster employee engagement learning and organizational culture and employee performance programs
What will you need to succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to multiple HR functions (payroll benefits recruitment performance management etc.)
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken with strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of payroll management labor legislation and HR processes; experience with ERGANI is a plus
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (Epsilon Business ATS platforms such as Workable etc.)
- Proactive and up-to-date with the latest developments in HR best practices and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
