Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - West Bridgford - up to 30k basic dependent on experience
My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many decades. A strong independent agent who strive to provide an exceptional service to all their clients and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in West Bridgford where you will be registering applicants booking viewings and valuations negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. This is genuinely a rare and fabulous opportunity to join a great agent!
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Vendor care
- Progressing sales to completion
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Experience in Estate Agency is ESSENTIAL
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one Saturday every 5 weeks 9am - 2pm
