WANTED! Lettings Negotiator required for a respected independent agency in Bishops Stortford. Ideal for someone energetic customer-focused and motivated to progress within a thriving lettings environment. Previous experience preferred!

Our client a thriving independent Sales & Lettings agency with strong local presence is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their Bishops Stortford team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their lettings career while representing a professional and supportive organisation.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and conducting viewings
• Matching tenants to suitable properties
• Negotiating lets and progressing applications
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Delivering excellent customer service at all stages
• Supporting general office and marketing activity

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential lettings
• Strong customer service and communication ability
• Confident telephone manner
• Self-motivated well presented and proactive
• Knowledge of Bishops Stortford beneficial
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional approach to Estate Agency
