Job Description Summary
Responsible for coordinating the position control functions and monitoring all position vacancies as it relates to the operating budget. Responsible for weekly Position Control reconciliation and collaborating with Human Resources on position management. Acts as a liaison between the Equity Culture and Talent department and the Budget department. Works closely with Accounting Officer and Budget Officer to prepare positions for the budget process. Works with the Payroll Manager in reviewing calculations from human resources for salary leave and benefits. Assists in the processing of budget amendments generating financial forecasts documenting budget management standard operating procedures and other functions related to the daily operations of the Budget Office.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree or equivalent formal training in accounting finance business or related field. Two years of experience in accounting finance or related field. Experience with higher education and position control is preferred.
