Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the engineering project leader and be the primary decision maker for engineering program cost schedule and engineering issues. You will lead a team in the prioritization of work packages design goals and objectives and drive overall program performance for Avionics (Epic Apex and/or Anthem) programs with a focus on displays and graphics hardware programs such as touchscreen display systems HUD systems control panels and more.
Due to compliance with the U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. citizen U.S. permanent resident or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Finance or similar
Due to U.S. export control laws candidates must be U.S. citizen U.S. permanent resident or have protected status under asylum or refugee.

Business acumen knowledge of current and emerging practices methods and information relating to discipline and application within the industry
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.
Understanding of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers
Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.
Persuade or influence other to accept new concepts practices and approaches
Significant experience in Aerospace or other electrical product engineering
