Must-Have Requirements

Proven ability to lead by example mentor teams and take initiative in driving innovation
Strong production support experience with the ability to guide and support teams during incidents and critical issues
Demonstrated leadership experience (minimum 2 3 years) in a DevOps or cloud engineering role

Experience Requirements

10 years of overall IT experience
5 years of hands-on AWS DevOps experience in a Senior or Lead capacity
7 years of experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
