Duties
Lead and develop national compliance and probity frameworks
Oversee intake systems ensuring consistency and quality
Monitor data trends to inform planning and risk management
Guide state managers in meeting contract obligations
Support audits accreditation and departmental reviews
Skills & Experience
Degree in human services compliance business or law
Strong compliance and governance experience in regulated sector
Proven ability to embed national systems and frameworks
Advanced data analysis and reporting capability
Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple teams
