Health Solutionsis a premier wellness center focused on whole person care. With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff clinicians physicians nurses and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
We are seeking motivated Intern(s) to join our team across various departments including but not limited to Business Operations Information Technology Human Resources Marketing and Finance. This internship provides hands-on experience in a professional setting allowing interns to apply academic knowledge to real-world projects while gaining exposure to workplace dynamics.
What Youll Be Doing
RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Intern under the supervision of the Director/Manager in your selected field you will engage in workplace activities that help you gain hands-on experience within your specific field of study. Some of the general duties may include:
- Observe and assist other staff to gain knowledge needed for practical application
- Assist with data collection entry and analysis
- Participate in team meetings and contributing to collaborative projects
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Conduct research to support strategic decision-making
- Draft reports documentation or presentations
- Assist with basic IT support systems testing or development tasks (for IT roles)
- Providing administrative support as needed

Qualifications

- High School Diploma of GED
- Currently enrolled in an Accredited college or university program (Associates Bachelors or Masters)
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team
What wed Like to See in youthe Nice-to-Haves
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience
- Exposure to tools/systems such as Google Workspace project management tools or coding languages (for IT interns)
- Valid Colorado Drivers License and access to reliable transportation
- Spanish speaking abilities
