POSITION SUMMARY

Position Summary
This role is responsible for sales support and guest relations with a primary focus on market in Asisa.The individual will leverage sales techniques to maximize revenue ensure seamless service for Asian guests and partners and promote the Marriott and St. Regis brand image both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the China and Asia markets handling guest inquiries and client relationships.
  • Use sales techniques including up-selling to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Promote brand awareness of St. Regis in the China and Asia markets through professional communication and service.

Additional Duties

  • Ensure compliance with company policies maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken form.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues and support teamwork to achieve goals.
  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (Japanese is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or hospitality preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Asian travel trade online channels and guest expectations is an advantage.
