We are looking for an experienced hands-on Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy while staying closely involved in execution. You will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing a fully integrated marketing strategy that drives pipeline generation builds brand awareness and directly supports revenue growth.
This role blends strategic leadership with tactical execution: you will shape the marketing vision for Fresche while rolling up your sleeves to manage campaigns optimize our tech stack and deliver measurable results.
What Youll Do:
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute Fresches overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue and business goals.
- Establish strong brand positioning and differentiation across North American and international markets.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
Operations & Execution
- Own and optimize the martech stack (HubSpot Salesforce LeadIQ) to ensure campaign performance and accurate tracking.
- Design launch and optimize multichannel campaigns
- Implement scalable lead management processes (capture scoring nurturing).
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs: pipeline contribution revenue attribution acquisition costs conversion rates.
- Partner closely with RevOps and Sales to ensure data quality workflow alignment and shared revenue goals.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Provide deep analysis of campaign performance and deliver recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executives (pipeline generated marketing-sourced revenue ROI by channel).
- Leverage web analytics tools to track performance and improve digital ROI
- Stay current on marketing trends tools and best practices to keep Fresche at the forefront of innovation.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 8 years in B2B marketing including 3 years in a leadership role. SaaS or IT industry background strongly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects with time-sensitive and competing deadlines; allocating resources and hands-on delivery of projects required
- Hands-on leader: Youre not just a strategistyoure eager to execute and optimize directly.
- Proven success driving pipeline generation and revenue-focused marketing.
- Advanced expertise with automation platforms CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot Salesforce LeadIQ etc.).
- Strong track record in multichannel campaign management
- Experience managing WordPress websites and optimizing web presence.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a transforming organization.
- Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills
