WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The Principal Software Engineer at SimCorp is a senior technical role responsible for designing developing and delivering complex software solutions that meet both business and client requirements. With typically 10 years of experience this role involves leading engineering projects providing technical guidance and ensuring the scalability performance and quality of software systems. The Principal Software Engineer collaborates closely with product management design and other engineering teams to define technical solutions and integrate them into the product development lifecycle. This position requires strong problem-solving skills expertise in software engineering practices and the ability to mentor junior engineers
