We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a senior programmatic account manager for our Barcelona office.
Role
This position requires a candidate who is energetic enthusiastic and motivated to work in a leading and dynamic company within the online entertainment sector.
As Senior Programmatic Account Manager your role will be to manage programmatic (RTB) accounts within the company for the supply side. Senior Programmatic Account Manager will manage and grow a roster of key programmatic accounts and select managed service accounts by offering proactive customer service and strategic recommendations while independently solving internal process issues as they develop. You will develop programmatic business by signing up new programmatic partners attending trade shows and managing daily account management tasks. You will define and maintain appropriate guidelines for SSP partners to get a seat at our exchange. You will monitor fraud and discrepancies on that side of the business making sure all the programmatic activities are compliant with Exoclick Publishing/Advertising guidelines. You will monitor specific KPIs to improve revenues from programmatic will also propose ideas to improve processes approachestrends we could be followingetc.
Responsibilities
- You manage 30 programmatic partners.
- You are in daily contact by email Skype and phone with every partner to discuss business opportunities troubleshoot issues etc
- You qualify and on-board new programmatic partners providing them the support they need to complete the integration together with our technical team.
- You provide monthly business reports on the evolution of your portfolio issues and opportunities.
- You ensure all partners respect our compliance guidelines and address any compliance issue that arises together with our compliance team.
- You provide feedback and suggestions for technical improvements.
- You monitor possible fraudulent traffic sources and collaborate with our compliance and security teams to block any invalid traffic sources from the network.
- You help improve internal processes and documentations referring to programmatic activity.
Requirements:
- 3 years in digital advertising (media buying advertising publishing affiliate marketing programmatic).
- In-depth understanding of affiliation/adnetwork players and concepts.
- Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
- Knowledge of online advertising concepts programmatic Open RTB Ad exchange SSPs DSPs.
- 3 years of account management experience.
- Awareness of the Adexchange ecosystem DSP SSP..
- Familiarity with oRTB/XML protocols is a plus.
- Proficient with Google Docs and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities and drawing data-driven conclusions.
- Sales expertise with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through frequent calls conferences and pitches.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective and adaptable communication skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate campaign setup and monitoring.
- Strong presentation skills for various audiences.
