About the role
AMPECO is looking for a seasoned presales leader to head our Solution Consulting team. This role is central to our growth: You will lead a team that helps enterprise prospects understand how AMPECOs EV Charging Platform addresses their most complex business challenges.
You will combine strong presales execution with leadership business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Youll also play a key role in ensuring our presales foundation scales globally maintaining proven processes while continuously raising the bar in delivery and impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead coach and scale a high-performing Solution Consulting team setting clear standards for excellence;
- Manage resource allocation across opportunities aligning consultants expertise with deal requirements;
- Mentor team members in executive communication consultative storytelling and customer value articulation;
- Drive presales engagement on AMPECOs most strategic enterprise deals including RFx responses solution design demos and Proof-of-Concepts;
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders building credibility and influencing outcomes in AMPECOs favor;
- Maintain and refine presales methodologies playbooks and assets to ensure scalability in a fast-growing multicultural sales organization;
- Collaborate closely with Sales Product and other expert teams to align deal strategy and execution in presales.
Your Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in sales or presales with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams;
- Proven success supporting or leading complex enterprise SaaS deals ideally in B2B platforms with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders;
- Experience working in international multicultural environments;
- Strong presales execution skills: solution design demos RFx and PoCs;
- Analytical problem-solving skills: able to structure complex challenges and design solutions for evolving business models;
- Executive communication and influence: credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to shape decisions;
- Strong business acumen: able to articulate customer value clearly and link AMPECOs platform to strategic outcomes;
- Demonstrated ability to build coach and inspire high-performing teams;
- Collaborative mindset working seamlessly with Sales Product and specialist teams.
Considered an advantage
- Domain knowledge in mobility energy or related sectors;
- Background in business consulting;
- Experience in enterprise sales;
- Fluency in a second European language (e.g. French German Spanish).
