Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient Neurology team in Arizona. This advanced practice provider will deliver high-quality neurological care in a collaborative patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and evaluations.
- Order conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies.
- Educate and counsel patients families and caregivers.
- Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
- Engage in community outreach and professional development.

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP ANP or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
