Information Governance Officer (Ref: IGO)
Salary: 25100.40 per annum (FTE 30957.16pa)
30 hours per week flexible remote/hybrid working options are available.
Are you a highly organised administrator If yes we would like to hear from you to support our legal team to respond to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.
In this role you will be processing all enquiries using the Councils IT systems chasing the provision of information and preparing responses to be sent to the public. It is an interesting and varied role which involves liaising with the public staff in all Council departments and external organisations.
You will need a GCSE in Maths and English at Grade C/Level 4 or above to apply for this role. You will also demonstrate a high standard of communication both written and verbal be highly organised with excellent IT skills and attention to detail. You will also have an inquisitive mind to find out where to source information.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
