About The Role
Emergent Order Foundation seeks a full-time Marketing Fellow for a year-long fellowship program. This immersive opportunity inside our Marketing and Distribution team will provide hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned professionals. The fellow will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with other departments to connect EO.F content with audiences. They will participate in brainstorming sessions pitch creative ideas and help execute marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.

The Details

Familiar with publishing on social media platforms such as YouTube Facebook TikTok Instagram.
Heavy consumer of pop culture and emerging content platforms and trends.
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Adaptable to shifting priorities able to step in and support other marketing and/or production needs (including on studio shoot days).
Basic editing skills in video photo or design software are a plus.
Responsibilities
Track performance of campaigns and content preparing simple reports on growth reach and engagement.
Draft schedule and publish posts on social channels (YouTube Instagram TikTok Facebook X).
Assist in developing marketing copy graphics and short-form edits for social content.
Monitor social platforms respond to comments and flag opportunities to grow community.
Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated campaigns (email social video distribution).
Help create and refine pitch decks for potential partners donors and collaborators.
Assist with planning logistics and on-site support for EO.F events screenings or conferences.
Partner with production and design teams to align marketing efforts with creative vision.
Stay on top of cultural trends competitor activity and best practices in digital media marketing.

This is a paid full-time position that offers a base salary.
In this role you will report to our Chief Marketing Officer Mac Foster.
Our headquarters are in Austin TX. On-site and on-location work is required as part of the role.
