This role offers the chance to be part of a new globally distributed leadership team and contribute to building its operational foundation. You will play a central role in driving the teams rhythm of business ensuring seamless execution of financial and operational processes and enabling leadership to stay focused on strategy. How you will make an impact:
Partner with the team lead to manage the rhythm of business (ROB) including planning business reviews and fiscal year activities.
Plan and execute leadership and team meetings such as weekly LT meetings and quarterly town halls.
Manage and support the teams budget process including tracking transactions quarterly forecasts and reporting.
Ensure continuity of business operations during times of change by contributing to problem-solving and operational efficiency.
Support internal communications including developing content for leadership updates and announcements.
Handle reporting travel coordination and calendar management for leadership.
The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in business management economics finance or accounting.
57 years of relevant experience in business management operations and reporting.
Strong financial and analytical skills with proven experience managing OpEx and T&E budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word) and familiarity with Power BI.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and anticipate team and leadership needs.
