Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and functionalities of HVAC systems for Rolling Stock ensuring technical excellence and compliance with requirements. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering sourcing manufacturing project management) lead technical development and ensure system alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Youll specifically take care of subsystem documentation such as Requirement Specification and Architecture Description (RSAD) and Technical Purchase Specification (TPS) but also support verification validation and testing activities.

Defining architecture and functionalities of HVAC systems for Rolling Stock
Ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Leading technical development to meet Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) commitments
Delivering subsystem documentation and supporting design reviews
Coordinating interfaces and resolving technical issues during the design phase
Supporting sourcing validation and production transition activities
Reviewing supplier documentation and preparing customer deliverables
Performing system FMECA in collaboration with the RAMS team
Providing Return on Experience (REX) for future projects
Supporting technical issues during train revenue service

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
More than 3 years of experience in HVAC Engineering preferably in Railways or Automobile
Familiarity with train system knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC design development and validation
Good understanding of the V-model System Engineering process
Knowledge of Rational DOORS software (an asset)
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Willingness to travel locally and internationally based on project requirements
