Account Executive

Full-Time Reports to Chief Commercial Officer Remote $1500-$2000 monthly

GourmetPro () helps top food and beverage companies like Barilla Ferrero Bel and Dominos Pizza grow faster by connecting them with over 170 experts across 30 global markets.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role. Were looking for someone who can own the relationship from the moment a lead enters our funnel to the point of closing and beyond. Youll be the commercial partner for both our clients and experts leading discovery crafting high-value offers and building long-term partnerships that drive success on both sides.

Youll coach experts to better represent their value. Youll guide clients to make confident buying decisions. Youll navigate objections negotiate outcomes and lead conversations that build trust and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead inbound client engagements from discovery through to closing

  • Qualify client needs and select the most suitable expert(s) from our network

  • Prepare experts for intro calls and coach them on how to present value clearly

  • Co-develop strong commercial offers that meet client needs and align with project goals

  • Facilitate and lead intro calls between clients and experts

  • Address objections clarify uncertainty and drive conversion with confidence

  • Build strong trust-based relationships with clients and experts

  • Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients by spotting new opportunities

  • Work closely with the CCO and receive hands-on coaching and fast feedback loops

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales client success or account management

  • Degree in business management or a related field

  • Highly confident communicator with strong people-reading ability

  • Curious coachable and passionate about learning and improvement

  • Naturally empathetic and comfortable guiding others (clients or experts)

  • Comfortable with direct feedback and fast-paced decision-making

  • Bonus: Youre familiar with or a fan of Mozi/Alex & Leila Hormozis approach to growth
