About the role

Looking for a strong Quality Assurance specialist with a background in Master Data Management or Data Quality validation expertise.

What youll do:

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for MDM solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business rules.
• Conduct thorough testing of MDM systems to ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability.
• Identify document and track defects and inconsistencies in data management processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Validate data integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts including data matching data cleansing merging and survivorship is crucial.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for comparing and testing data.
• Develop test scripts for data testing in MDM solutions for entity creation with services.
• Design test cases and test plans to test survivorship rules to determine which attributes should be retained in the golden record.
  

What youll need:

Overall 4 years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in SDLC / Agile based delivery. Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Data Management or a related field.

Must have:

• Proven experience in quality assurance specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) environments.
• Strong understanding of data management principles data governance and data quality standards.
• Experience with MDM tools and platforms such as Ataccama Informatica SAP MDG IBM InfoSphere etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command on any programmatic language like Python/Java.
