This isnt just any barista role its your chance to run your very own coffee bar in our stylish Soho space serving up flat whites matcha lattes and everything in between.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and playing a key role in our front-of-house and people experience team youll be the first friendly face our employees and guests see each day. With warmth energy and #customerdelight youll make our office experience truly unforgettable.
What youll be doing
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for employees clients and guests from the momentthey arrive
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffees teas hot chocolates and smoothies always with a personal touch. Keeping the barista bar stocked spotless and buzzing with energy.
- Developing expertise in coffee craft from understanding blend preferences to showcasing latte art.
- Bringing creativity to the role by running seasonal coffee events at the baristabar.
- Supportingthe Co-Founders with their daily drink preferences including smoothies and specialty coffees
- Ensuring the office is safe clean and a joy to work in every day
- Supporting the Office Manager with office upkeep supplies and post duties
- Championing health safety and top-tier service at all times
What youll bring
- Proven experience as a Barista with hands-on brewing skills
- A passion for great coffee (and an eye for detail that ensures every cup is perfect)
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Fantastic communication skills and a friendly approachable vibe
- Enthusiasm to learn grow and bring fresh ideas to the table
