We are growing and looking for a passionate bold and driven Silo Manager.

What will you be doing as an Silo Manager.
The core focus of this role is to coordinate the Silo team from Lehliu Plant.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Leadingandverifyingall departmental activities including reception storage delivery maintenance investments safety and security personnel.
- Ensuringthe elaboration and administration of annual and monthly budgets while focusing on saving resources and monitoring costs.
- Planningandmonitoringmanufacturing activities from quantitative qualitative and efficient perspectives andmaintainingmanufacturing capacities and installations.
- Performingbudget revisions andelaboratingrequests for long-term investment programs.
- Cooperatingwith all relevant departments and compartments ensuring the smooth execution of departmental activities.
- Organizingthe departments specific activities in cooperation with engineers and shift supervisors.
What you can bring to the role:
- Bachelors Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Possess solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Exhibit initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Communicate effectively and interactively and foster and deploy teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all current regulations and safety norms (NPM and NSSM).
