Were now looking for an Ecommerce Manager for the Benelux region to accelerate our ambitious growth agenda and strengthen our presence in this key market.

Please note that this will be a remote role.

What Youll Be Doing

Deliver the Benelux Ecommerce strategy across our DTC platforms ensuring growth premium brand presence and best-in-class execution.
Manage site performance UX CRO merchandising and customer journey improvements that maximize conversion and delight customers.
Deliver campaigns and new product launches in partnership with commercial marketing and global teams.
Monitor traffic conversion and sales and turn data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Safeguard brand consistency and deliver a premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Work with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure growth and visibility.
Ensure product availability manage content and align with supply chain for smooth execution.
Provide regular performance reports manage budgets and support forecasting.

What Youll Bring

4 years in e-commerce related roles preferably within consumer goods retail or digital-first environments.
Strong organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
Hands-on experience with online DTC sales platforms marketplaces and digital media channels.
Analytical skills and confidence in working with tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing campaign integration and email marketing coordination
Experience with performance monitoring tools
Confidence in decision-making and taking initiative to achieve commercial goals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken). French is a plus.

In certain locations this position will be hired and employed through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR). SharkNinja will be responsible for the day-to-day work supervision and performance management of the role but the EOR will be the employer of record for legal and administrative purposes (i.e. payroll benefits compliance).
