Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Principal Specialist supporting various logistics initiatives across multiple programs. This role focuses on a suite of products within the logistics department with an emphasis on logistics data development and technical manual procedures.

As part of the Life Cycle Engineering Team you will contribute to every phase of the product lifecyclefrom design and validation to integration and long-term sustainment.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled communicator both written and verbal to either launch or advance their career in the aerospace and defense industry. You will play a key role in supporting cutting-edge technologies through the development and sustainment of logistics products.

What You Will Do

Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) tasks including reliability and spare parts analysis development of container solutions and creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
Develop validate and maintain technical documentation such as manuals provisioning data and training materials.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues resolve sustainment challenges and inform product design decisions.
Conduct supportability analyses to influence logistics strategies and lifecycle cost effectiveness.
Coordinate spares tools and consumables to support global field deployments and operational readiness
Support and participate in customer training and validation events both domestically and internationally.
Ensure compliance with technical standards and program objectives across all logistics deliverables.
Serve as a critical link between engineering development and field operations driving sustainment solutions from concept through deployment.
This position requires up to 15% domestic and international travel

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Experience supporting the creation and maintenance of technical manuals work instructions and/or related logistics documentation.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in munitions and weapons maintenance or inspection within a military occupational specialty with a focus on compliance quality assurance or evaluation duties.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills detail oriented able to follow instructions from leadership and peers with experience
Demonstrated experience with leadership teams; experience solving problems and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Autonomous program experience

This is a full-time onsite position in Huntsville AL: consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
