Job Summary:
The Quoting & Rebating Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Operations function by managing high-volume transactional tasks related to customer pricing quote generation and rebate processing. This position ensures the accuracy compliance and timeliness of all quoting and rebate activities. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding sales finance and deal deskto maintain pricing integrity streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate validate and process customer quotes and rebate claims in alignment with pricing policies discount structures and contractual terms.

Ensure the accurate application of rebate programs and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain and update pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce CPQ SAP Oracle Model N).

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements address issues and meet defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

Support internal and external audits by maintaining thorough documentation and transaction records.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize operational workflows reduce errors and shorten turnaround times.

Prepare regular reports on quote volumes rebate accruals and exception/error metrics for internal review and performance monitoring.
