This role is your next career move if you are a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Dealer looking to take ownership of trading operations in FX and CFDs across MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) and other trading platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal trading conditions managing liquidity and pricing feeds administering platform configurations and ensuring a smooth trading flow. Your deep knowledge of trading systems market structure and risk management combined with your ability to resolve trading-related issues hands-on will be key to your success.
Your Responsibilities
- Trading Platform & System Management
- You administer and configure MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) servers and other trading platforms.
- You set up and maintain trading conditions including spreads swaps commissions and execution parameters.
- You monitor and optimise platform performance latency and uptime.
- You manage and troubleshoot price feeds liquidity bridges and data providers.
- You coordinate with IT and platform vendors for upgrades patches and system enhancements.
Liquidity & Pricing
- You manage relationships with liquidity providers and aggregators.
- You monitor and adjust liquidity pools to ensure competitive pricing and execution quality.
- You analyse and optimise routing logic and execution flow.
- You handle feed discrepancies pricing anomalies and slippage issues.
Trading Operations
You monitor real-time trading activity flow and exposure.
You identify and resolve trading anomalies execution delays and client complaints.
You conduct post-trade analysis and reporting for internal and regulatory purposes.
You collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to trading policies.
Risk & Exposure Management
- You monitor client positions P&L and overall book exposure.
- You implement hedging strategies and manage risk limits.
- You support the development of automated risk tools and dashboards.
Technical & Administrative Duties
- You maintain platform user access roles and permissions.
- You oversee account setup group configurations and symbol mapping.
- You support onboarding of new instruments and trading products.
- You document procedures and maintain operational manuals.
Your Skills & Experience
- You have at least 4 years of experience in FX/CFD dealing or trading operations.
- You bring strong expertise in MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) administration and liquidity bridge systems (e.g. OneZero PrimeXM).
- You understand market structure trading mechanics and risk management.
- You are proficient in Excel SQL and trading analytics tools.
- You solve problems efficiently and make decisions confidently.
- You perform well under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
- You communicate clearly and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- You have experience with FIX protocol and API integrations.
- Youre familiar with platforms such as cTrader Match-Trader or DXtrade.
- Youve had exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
