Job Summary

Qualifications:
Experience:

8 years as a Backend engineer.
Backend Engineering: Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Cloud with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and Kafka streaming.
AI Tools: Regular use of AI-enhanced development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor WindSurf).
Cloud: Extensive experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS/GCP preferred).
Data: Hands-on experience in data architecture SQL/PostgreSQL and developing data-intensive services.
Rules Engines: Nice to have experience in working with Business Rules Management Systems (BRMS) like Drools Kogito etc.

Systems Development: Prior experience in building launching and maintaining complex systems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Communication: Excellent communication skills across all levels and teams.
