Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles project management methodologies and strategic business planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong GAAP knowledge
Experience:
10 years of experience in financial management
Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Accounting Implementations
Due diligence on prospective acquisitions
Financial Integration of new acquisitions
Assess performance of existing processes
Train on new accounting processes and/or controls
Manage renewal and interface of corporate Casualty Property and Excess insurance programs
Cover ad hoc needs of the finance and accounting function
Base Salary $140000 $150000 ( 20% Bonus )
