About the Role
EO.F is seeking a full-time Production Fellow for a year-long fellowship designed to identify emerging talent and develop skills in film and video production creativity and workflow.
The program offers real-world immersive experience across multiple projects and roles. Fellows work alongside seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience in all phases of productionincluding shooting post-production and editingwhile reporting to the Head of Production Justin Bergeron.

Responsibilities
Support production across all phases from set-up to post-production.
Assist with video shoots in-studio and on location.
Maintain and organize production equipment.
Ingest and manage digital footage ensuring files are transferred archived and documented properly.
Source archival and stock footage; generate AI b-roll as needed.
Support editors by preparing project files organizing timelines sourcing stock media and formatting transcripts.
Perform basic editing tasks (string outs selects reels rough cuts etc.) across diverse content types including scripted and unscripted series podcasts trailers social media videos and pitch reels.
Collaborate with producers editors and cross-departmental teams to solve production challenges.
The Details
Location: Austin TX (on-site and on-location work required).
Compensation: Paid full-time fellowship with base salary.

Requirements:
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and time management.
Clear effective communication across departments.
Adaptability multitasking and ability to prioritize.
Problem-solving skills to handle challenges proactively.
Eagerness to learn new tools technologies and techniques.
Some knowledge of cinematography video/digital cinema cameras audio recording and editing software (DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro Adobe Premiere).
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. VEO MidJourney) MacOS cloud computing and media servers.
Experience with media ingestion transcoding and multi-cam editing project setup.
