We have been nationally recognized for our work with English Language (Paraprofessional) RoleAs a Fellow at Alma del Mar you will have the opportunity to hone your teaching skills while providing direct services to address the academic and behavior needs of scholars with special needs. Fellows collaborate closely with experienced lead teachers and academic specialists to ensure that all scholars in the classroom are consistently progressing. Over the course of the year fellows will receive targeted coaching training and professional development. Compensation: This is a salaried position with summers and school breaks off. Salary starts at $38000.
