As Talent & Development Officer youll join our HR family in Oslo working closely with our Talent & Learning Director and colleagues across Power Transmission. Our team is collaborative international and passionate about helping people grow. Youll be at the heart of our mission to support both corporate and operator staff in their professional journey.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is all about enabling people to thrive and reach their potential. You will:

• Shape engaging learning and development programs tailored to our peoples needs
• Support onboarding and orientation making new joiners feel truly at home from day one
• Follow up on talent performance processes helping us nurture a growth mindset culture
• Partner with leaders HR teams and vendors to ensure we provide impactful training experiences
• By creating learning structures that empower youll help us develop retain and inspire talent across PWR T

YOUR STARTING POINT

We know that no candidate is perfect but some experiences will help you thrive in this role:

• 35 years of related experience in learning & development or HR
• An understanding of adult learning principles and experience in program/project management
• Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian or French is a plus)
• A natural passion for helping people grow with an organized and positive approach
