Job Description of Professional Consulting Veterinarian - East Japan学術コンサルタント - 東日本
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
As a field technical support provide added-value (valuable) information to stakeholders including VSR (Vet Sales Representative) and customers. By doing it support achieving targets such as short/long-term sales market share and BRMO (Brand Recommended Most Often) targets of Sales and Marketing teams.
Build relationships with KTL (Key Thought Leader) in the areas in charge and manage the opinion leaders and stakeholders.
Collect ICFE (In-clinic Feeding Experience) and testimonials in major categories based on Vet Channel strategy.
Create and share academic materials considering the needs learnt from customer visits and food recommendation trends.
Give academic support to VSR and wholesalers.
Responsibilities:
Provide added-value (valuable) and high-level academic training and information to stakeholders including VSR and customers.
Visit major customers with/without VSR and provide Hills added-value by sharing technical information etc.
Continuously build and strengthen relationships with KTL collaborating with office PVA staff.
Create and execute necessary clinical trial protocol in order to drive sales. Also create technical report/ in-clinic seminar tools out of the cases collected through clinical trials at KTL and give academic support to sales activities collaborating with office PVA staff.
Participate in PVA team meetings and share academic materials/information to the team created by considering vets needs and food prescription trends learnt when visiting customers.
Share market insights to office staff
Collaborate with VCS (Vet Consultation Service) in charge of claims from vets. Conduct researches and collect samples and information as necessary and support solving inquiries and claims on all products.
Give nutritional science lectures for veterinary schools in charge and improve engagement of next generation vets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher
Veterinary license required (better if he/she has clinical experience on small animals)
Knowledge of clinical nutrition (therapeutic food) is preferable
Valid drivers license
English skills higher than business level (better if he/she has experience studying/working abroad)

Experience of working in a company

VSRの有無に関わらず主要顧客を訪問し技術情報等を共有することによりHillsの付加価値を提供する
PVAプロフェッショナル獣医学術のオフィスチームと協力しKTLとの関係を継続的に構築強化する
販売促進のために必要な治験実施計画書を作成し実施するまたKTLでの臨床試験で収集した症例からテクニカルレポートやインクリニックセミナーツールを作成しPVAのオフィススタッフと連携して営業活動を学術面からサポートする
PVAチームミーティングに参加し獣医のニーズや顧客訪問で学んだフード処方の傾向を考慮して作成した学術資料や情報をチームに共有する
マーケットに関するアップデートをオフィススタッフと共有する
VCS獣医師相談窓口と連携し獣医師からのクレーム対応を行う必要に応じて調査やサンプル情報収集を行い全製品に関する問い合わせやクレームの解決をサポートする
担当の獣医学部で栄養学の講義を行い次世代の獣医師の関心を高める
必須要件
大卒以上
獣医師免許必須小動物の臨床経験があれば尚可
臨床栄養療法食の知識があれば尚可
ビジネスレベル以上の英語力海外留学海外勤務経験があれば尚可
有効な運転免許証
