Action-packed Hershey Bears hockey games thrilling live entertainment and one-of-a-kind events are a day in the life of our Hersheypark Entertainment Complex team members at Hersheypark Giant Center Hersheypark Stadium or Hershey Theatre

Foods Runner will work throughout the Hershey Entertainment Complex in various food running positions; including at GIANT Center Hersheypark Stadium and Hersheypark. Hours will vary throughout the season and will regularly include evenings weekends and holidays. This position is part time year round (based on operating schedules and events).The Foods Runner will provide assistance to the Suites at GIANT Center.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Loading and transporting food from the suite kitchen to the proper suite prior to the start of the event

• Moving all food orders to proper locations during the event

• Assisting in cleaning the suites or bars

• Maintain high standards of service at all times

• Restocking the suites or bars with the appropriate beverages

• Other duties as assigned by the department supervisors or manager

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

• Must obtain RAMP Certification (training will be provided)

• Must possess a valid drivers license

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Prior experience in a similar position is preferred

• Must be able to read write and understand English at a level which allows service standards to be met

Job Demands:

• Hours will vary according to event schedules must be available evenings weekends and holidays

• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance in proper uniform at all times

• Physical requirements include walking and/or standing for the majority of the shift

• Work environment is often extremely noisy with loud-volume music during many events

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. independently

• Must provide proper footwear
