Were growing rapidly and are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Governance Consultant to help with the intake and review of tools and uses cases for AI to assess them for regulatory/compliance risk partnering with legal architecture and data privacy teams.

This position is located in Dallas Texas with work performed at client site 1-2 days a week in Dallas Texas; a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 3-5 years experience in any combination of audit governance privacy compliance or risk management; OR
. 3-5 years experience in data science or AI technology delivery projects
. Analytical Thinking Skills
. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and contexts
. Strong organizational and communication skills
. Comfortable with content creation in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel) and ability to summarize team information into organized status updates
. Familiarity with AI use such as general purpose GPT tools (hands on experience a plus but personal project experience will be considered too)
. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and ceremonies and agile tools such as Jira or Apptio
. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners including legal technology compliance and business teams
Preferred Skills
. Awareness of AI standards (NIST ISO OECD etc.)
. Awareness of AI laws industry standards and ethics codes (EU AI Act CO AI Act etc.)
. Ability to evaluate projects against compliance requirements
. Ability to identify ethical legal and operational risks in AI use cases
. Applying structured scoring methodologies and frameworks
. Familiarity with the major global foundation model providers and AI model life cycle management
. Familiarity with Quickbase and AWS ML/AI tools
Education
. Required: High School Diploma or GED
. Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Business Data Science Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Other Information:
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88200.00 - $214800.00.
