has a client in Altamonte Springs FL that is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant with deep expertise in Workday Learning administration and configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with running EIBs managing learning programs digital courses blended courses and campaigns/engagements within Workday as well as strong technical skills for data management and integrations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to work across systems to ensure seamless learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Learning Administration
Manage and maintain Workday Learning programs courses (digital blended) and campaigns/engagements
Configure and launch learning engagements using Workday s latest features
Administer extended enterprise learner sources (EEL) within Workday Data Management and Integrations:
Execute data loads and manage enrollments and assignments using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Ensure accurate enrollment of content across multiple systems
Utilize background reference IDs for precise data mapping and validation
Perform advanced data analysis and transformation using Excel and Power Query Learning Operations:
Oversee the creation and maintenance of learning campaigns and engagement initiatives
Support digital and blended learning strategies within Workday Learning
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all learning-related data and reporting
Required Skills : * Must have served as a Workday Learning Administrator within the last 3 years * Strong proficiency in Workday Learning including enrollments assignments and EIBs * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables formulas data validation) and experience with Power Query * Workday-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of background reference IDs and their role in Workday data integrity; Experience managing extended enterprise learner sources (EEL) * Learning Content Management: Hands-on experience with digital courses blended courses and learning programs; Familiarity with launching campaigns and leveraging the Learning Engagement feature * Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data accuracy and quality assurance
