Description1. Social Media Scans & Influencer Management
- Monitor and scan biker-related social media pages groups and communities for relevant content trends and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with biker vloggers influencers and content creators to generate authentic community-driven advocacy.
- Develop influencer briefs content calendars and tracking performance of influencer activations
2. Onboarding Leads Support
- Coordinate and oversee all digital lead generation efforts (paid ads organic campaigns referral drives) for biker onboarding.
- Provide operational support for on-ground onboarding events in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Track analyze and report on leads generated through digital and on-ground channels.
3. Partnerships & Community Marketing
- Handle partnerships for biker marketing including:
- Brand partnerships for biker rewards and perks.
- Sponsorships for biker-related events and activities.
- Cross-promotional opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with external partners and internal teams to execute partnership deliverables.
4. Project & Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and execution of Biker Marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage timelines deliverables and documentation to ensure efficient project rollouts.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
Benefits - Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 12 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing influencer management partnerships or community marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook TikTok YouTube Instagram) and community engagement practices.
- Excellent communication organizational and negotiation skills.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams (operations salespartnerships) is a plus.
- Passion for the motorcycle/biker community and grassroots marketing is highly preferred

- Previous experience working with or within tech platforms transportation or service apps.
- Strong interest in mobility commuter solutions and community building.
