Plumbing Supervisor / Junior Project Manager
Southern Suburbs $65/hr Vehicle Super Quarterly Bonus
9 Day Fortnight Permanent Full-Time
Ready to step off the tools partially but not completely
Were looking for a Licensed Plumber whos ready to take the next step into leadership while still keeping their hand in the trade 23 days per week. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys running jobs dealing with clients mentoring apprentices and delivering quality projects from start to finish.

The Role
This is a genuine split role hands-on management.
On the Tools (23 Days Per Week):
Plumbing works across residential & small commercial renovations
Guide apprentices & subcontractors
Ensure compliance safety & quality standards
Office / Project Management (23 Days Per Week):
Run renovation projects end-to-end
Coordinate trades & schedules
Order materials & manage suppliers
Handle budgets quotes & variations
Liaise directly with clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time & within budget
What Youll Need
Licensed Plumbing Trade Qualification (essential)
Strong residential renovation experience
Ability to read plans & drawings
Solid knowledge of codes & compliance
Great communication skills
Organised proactive & solutions-focused
Supervisory or PM experience is a bonus but if youre ready to step up we want to hear from you.
