BTL Promotion Operations Director
MSPS Athens a leader in Integrated Marketing and Sales services is seeking a dynamic and motivated BTL Promotion Operations Director to join our esteemed Promotion Excellence team.
As a BTL Promotion Operations Director you will play a crucial role within our Promotion & Operation team managing key accounts for both Greek and multinational clients. Your responsibilities will include daily client engagement coordinating project stakeholders & operations and driving business growth within our existing client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning execution and delivery of promotional projects ensuring they meet client expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients acting as their main point of contact and ensuring top-tier operational performance.
- Field Promotion Planning: Develop and present field promo activation plans including budgets reports and presentations in response to client briefs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in account handling specifically in field promotion activities within an agency environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Greek and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
