In this dynamic environment we are seeking an experienced Associate to join our Advisory COO Office in Athens.

  • Actively contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives operationalimprovementsand reporting activities that support the firms transformation agenda

  • Drive operational excellence and ensurealignment with our broader organizational priorities

  • Support strategic execution by translating highlevel goals into structured project plansmonitorprogress and ensurealignment with business objectives

  • Contributeto process improvement initiativesidentifyinefficiencies and proposedatadriven enhancements

  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to coordinate activities that strengthen operational effectiveness and promote seamless teamwork across the organization

  • Developandmaintainreporting frameworks including dashboards KPIs and performance tracking tools ensuring accuracy consistency andtimelydelivery

  • Support the setup and operation of the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing timelines documenting milestones and ensuring initiativesremainon track

What you bring matters

  • Degree in Business Administration Management Finance or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience in reporting operations consulting or project management

  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English and Greek

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Familiarity withadditionaldigital technologies (such as Power BI and Alteryx) will be considered an asset

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to provide clarity and inclusiveness to support PwC leadership teams in major business decisions

  • Strong timemanagement skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

  • An excellent team player with the ability to work well with other team members including sharing and collaborating effectively with others as well as creating a positive team spirit.

  • Possessesa high levelof accuracy and attention to detail
