SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the TRIO Upward Bound Director the Peer Advisor (PA) plays a crucial role in the Upward Bound student services by performing a wide variety of tasks that support the departments mission.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. The qualifications listed below are representative of the education experience knowledge skills and/or abilities required.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) general office experience required three (3) years preferred.
