Job Summary:

Attend required Peer Leader training and meetings.
Provide program information at staff meetings in collaborationwith building administrators.
Participate in observation of teachers including pre- and post-observation conferences.
Provide coaching support to peers.
Support teachers in writing individual growth plans.
Participate in the individual growth plan approval process.
Participate with teachers in completing the summative conference to determine compensation.

Qualifications:

Minnesota teacher license.
Cognitive Coaching training and peer leader experience required.
Ability to work collaboratively with adults.
Working knowledge of Danielsons A Framework for Teaching.

Compensation / Benefits:
According to contractual agreement.
