The Project Coordinator will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans schedules work hours organizing and participating in stakeholder and internal team meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Document customer processes and procedures
- Works on basic projects with assistance and oversight of senior staff and project managers
- Builds out Jira projects for individual clients
- Builds out Confluence spaces for individual clients
- The primary focus is on the daily delivery of routine and defined outputs while at the same time developing knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed
- Be an active team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in Google Workspaces
Requirements
- Typically requires 1-2 years of Project coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills with solid written and note-taking skills
- Excellent time management problem-solving and organizational skills
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Highly motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient in Jira
- Proficient in Confluence
- Proficient in Workspaces (Google)
