Job Summary

Job Description:

We need multiple qualified Project Managers to support our projects; Strong project managers with experience in leading IT and Pharma implementations
Track and manage milestones and deliverables with the technology vendor and project team members ensuring they stay on track as per the project plan
Comfortable presenting to executive leadership including the ability to deliver unpleasant news in a timely manner
Work with vendors and ensure work being delivered aligns with contractual details
Track and mitigate risks and issues; Complete weekly status reports
Manage project based on IT PMO project governance; Able to lead and manage the project with minimal supervision
Assist in the facilitation of monthly Steering Committee meetings including the creation of the steering committee decks
Financial management experience required; Must be able to distil information so that executives can understand.
Prior GxP experience highly preferred; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Must be able to complete monthly financial updates to track actuals and accruals against the budget forecast
Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders and associated invoices in SAP
Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously; Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work with and manage business and technical project team members
